1. Our Service

NeuralJump is an AI copy-trading platform for Solana memecoins, built on JumpBit infrastructure. We provide:

• Two lanes: Mirror (verified traders) and AI (Pump, Scalp, VIP Alpha on the order book)
• Free full platform access after registration; VIP Alpha unlocks at $1,000 real balance
• Demo balance and strategy simulator before real funds
• Crypto deposit and withdrawal flows for real balance trading
• Risk controls: Kill Switch, position limits, and transparent fee accounting

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and comply with all laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring copy trading and crypto activity is legal where you live.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You control your account credentials, deposit wallets, and copy-trading settings
• You are fully responsible for all trading activity, decisions, and any losses
• Cryptocurrency and memecoin trading carries extreme financial risk, including total loss of capital
• Subscription plan payment and trading balance deposit are separate transactions

4. No Financial Advice

NeuralJump tools execute and automate copy-trading logic. We do not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Win rates, PnL figures, and strategy descriptions are illustrative — past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Key Risks (You Accept These)

• Total loss of deposited funds
• Memecoin volatility, liquidity gaps, and rug-pull risk
• Network congestion, failed transactions, and high Solana priority fees
• Slippage, MEV, and execution latency (100 ms median via Jito Bundles under standard conditions — not guaranteed)
• Platform, RPC, or third-party service outages
• Regulatory restrictions, asset freezes, or jurisdictional bans

6. Prohibited Activity

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules immediately.

• Illegal activity, money laundering, or sanctions evasion
• Hacking, reverse engineering, overloading, or attacking the platform
• Account sharing or bypassing security, plan limits, or trial restrictions
• Accessing the service from restricted jurisdictions

7. Fees

• Subscription plans: Starter ($29/mo), Medium ($79/mo), Pro ($149/mo) — launch pricing; billed via crypto, subject to admin confirmation
• Trading balance deposits may incur network fees; some networks include a platform fee (see in-app rates)
• Solana SOL/USDC deposits: 0% platform fee · other networks: fee displayed before confirmation
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law

8. Intellectual Property

NeuralJump platform, code, design, algorithms, and documentation are owned by us and our affiliates (including JumpBit). You receive a limited, revocable license to use the service for personal trading purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for trading losses or missed profits
• We are not liable for downtime, bugs, hacks, or third-party failures
• Our maximum liability is limited to fees you paid to us in the last 30 days
• We are never liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages

10. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for violations, fraud, or legal requirements. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court where permitted, without class actions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
